"We was looking for a wedding dj, and James completely exceeded the expectations of a dj. His knowledge, research and organisation of every aspect of our wedding was unbelievable. He had a big task on his hands with mine and my wife's laid back attitude and we are so glad we had someone like James to think of the things we had missed out.
He came to the wedding rehearsal and even to the church to help out with proceedings at the church.
James clearly has a passion for wedding hosting which is why he is so good.

"We were looking for a general wedding DJ for our wedding on 6th may 17. we found James by browsing through online and reading reviews. Our first contact with James was absolutely brilliant, he was very polite, easy to talk to and very helpful as we had no experience in booking DJs before. James listened to everything we wanted and even thought of the things we hadn’t. We decided not only to book James for DJ but also as our Master of Ceremonies and we definitely don't regret this decision. James met us on numerous occasions at our wedding venue and really got involved with the wedding organisers and even gave us some brilliant ideas. His attention to detail I can not put into words but he became like my wedding God. He was on the end of the phone at anytime we needed him, and no question no matter how silly he would answer it. James is very knowledgable, I felt like he made our wedding personal. On the actual day James arrived super early helped set up with everything and was even there for us as bride and groom if we needed anything. He had a smile on his face all day and night. The DJ set up was very compact and tidy. We wanted a projection light that he had have done especially for us, nothing seemed impossible with James. and the day ran smoothly.I'm sorry if I’ve forgotten anything James as you really did go and beyond your duties, and we will be forever grateful to you that you made our wedding day special. thank you Mr and Mrs Cooper"

"James is brilliant!
From the very first time we met to go through exactly what we wanted to happen on the wedding day...to then exceeding already high expectations (based on his great reviews) on the actual day itself, he is excellent value for money.
James quite literally did all the running around in the background on our wedding day so that we could sit back and enjoy everything. Organising people for photos, engaging with guests, syncing up with our saxophone player, silencing the room for announcements/speakers, ushering people in to the correct rooms for first dances, speeches etc. I for one was very particular about the finer details of the planning but James took on board everything and executed it brilliantly, making sure we stayed on track so that the day would run smoothly.
Oh...and then he was a great DJ too!!! We gave him our playlist of must haves and they were all played alongside other songs that fit the theme we wanted. He is also not afraid to give advice e.g. leaving arch at midnight.
He really contributed significantly to making the day a success and would recommend him to anyone."

James is an excellent DJ, very intuitive to the needs of a multi-age audience in relation to music selection and as a consequence had us all dancing all night - a really brilliant "do" which everyone absolutely loved."

"James was the only one who went to the extra effort to call me to find out about my day, my plan and introduce himself and that really shone out to me. He went that little bit extra and I like that. Throughout all the planning, James was very much involved or there when I needed him. James asked lots of questions about our music plan and most of it, it didn't even cross my mind how important they were so he was a very good guide for this.
On the day, well he was just fantastic. He arrived well in advance, set up and was involved with the preparation. Once the day begun, it was all go go go, but he helped us all out by organising everyone for photos, wedding breakfast etc. He's very assertive, efficient, polite and friendly and I literally can't thank him enough. I have already recommended him to several people getting married next year.
If you are looking for a DJ, then definitely book James Ross. I cannot fault him and his work ethic is just outstanding. Really great person and price is amazing. I certainly will be booking him in for future events. Thanks James! Your the best!"

"I received an email from James Ross through the needadisco.com search site, local to the area James provided us with a package and aligned this to meet our budget requirements. Throughout the process James was warm, friendly and took his time to ensure that the party was as tailor made and personal as possible, giving options for specific special songs etc. we were able to be quite specific with the song choices and he didn't disappoint... We had a varied mix of 80s music which brought back lots of memories for the happy couple. James also MCd throughout the evening, combining both the important (buffet opening ha) punctuated with special messages and well wishes. James made an already lovely evening just that little bit better by being as through and personable as possible. I would highly recommend James Ross for all disco/MC needs...
